The Charlotte HomeArama 2010 will be held at The Preserve at Robbins Park in Cornelius NC. The Preserve at Robbins Creek is centrally located between exit 25 and 28 of I-77, specifically between Sam Furr Road to the south and Westmoreland Road to the north. Access to Lake Norman via public boat ramps and parks are only minutes away in both directions.
One of the themes of this year's Charlotte HomeArama according to their website, is homes that are "right sized", they explain that means homes "with spaces that flow, eliminating wasted space and or rooms and enlarging some areas, and paying attention to the importance of unheated outdoor living space." CharlotteHomeArama.com talks about the luxury market for $500,000 to $750,000 and it seems that the homes in the Preserve at Robbins Ceek will be mostly in that range, topping out presently in the $800,000s.
Quality home builder Simonini Builders will be the sole builder of the Charlotte HomeArama 2010. Past HomeArama events have had between 25,000 and 35,000 visitors. This years event will be Saturday, September 25 to Sunday October 10, 2010. When complete The Preserve at Robbins Park will have 150 homes.
